What to do if after inserting username and password there is still no access to the Internet?

If you cannot log in with your username and password, then:

  • Either username or password has been inserted incorrectly (there is always one number in the middle of a password). Verify that you entered them correctly.
  • Cable connection and wifi must not be active at the same time.
    If you are using cable connection, please switch off wifi. If you are using wifi connection, unplug the network cable.
  • You are already logged in from the other network interface (wifi or cable) of your computer or from another computer. In that case try to make sure if someone else or some other computer has had the access to your personal username. If so,  please inform us. NB! Keep personal username and password to yourself! When you have more than one computers, make sure that the Internet session has ended in one computer before trying to connect to the Internet with another one. You can use the address http://1.1.1.1 to manually log out from the other computer.
  • Username is (temporarily) inactive (for example due to payment delays, violation of contract terms, contract's status - not activated yet or ended).
